FAQ

  • How much does shipping cost?
    We ship via Royal Mail tracked or DPD next day depending on items and delivery location. We may use an alternative courier in exceptional circumstances. We send plants and poles Monday - Thursday to ensure they do not get held up over the weekend. ​Royal Mail tracked or DPD 1-2 Day Service £6.95 Delivery Delivery is free on orders over £75.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Orders typically take 2-4 business days to arrive (unless otherwise stated in the product description)
  • How do I return?
    If you’re unhappy with your plant for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery. If you think your plant arrived damaged or unhealthy, please include a photograph of it when you contact us. We may ask some questions to understand how you’ve been looking after it. In every case we will do our best to help you get your plant back to full health. For all non-plant items, you have up to 30 days to request a refund, provided it’s unused and in a re-saleable condition.   • Do you deliver overseas?
    Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver overseas.
  • Do you offer plant advise?
    Yes! If you have any specific care questions we would be happy to answer them, just drop us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • How do you deliver in winter?
    We recommend adding a heat pack to your order when temperatures are below 6 degrees. These can be found on the website, and will help keep plants warm during transit.
  • How do you measure plants?
    Height, measured from floor to the tip of the plant. Pot Size, measured across top of the pot.
